I’d rate this less than 1star but google won’t let me. This place was awful. Stay anywhere else but here. When I checked in Friday, the two people at the front desk, Jay and Georgia proceeded to argue about what room I was assigned, this took a good10mins. Finally they gave me a room which had not been cleaned. I returned to the front desk and was assigned a different room. I dropped our bags and immediately left to attend a rehearsal dinner that I was now late for due to the debacle.

When checking out I was informed that we were being charged $10 for damaged towels. When I asked what towels were damaged and how they were damaged she could not explain it to me just that housekeeping had said my towels were damaged. She informed me they had lots of towels with issues this weekend and we weren’t the only ones being charged. She then proceeded to tell me that I was a liar and my kids had probably wet the towel the night before when i requested a new one.

We had a horrible experience at this hotel and would never stay there again. When we checked in, we were looking forward to spending time in the pool since this was a family vacation. We were told at check-in that the pool was broken and would not be fixed during our stay. We asked why we were not contacted via email to let us know this, and the desk clerk said that was not her responsibility. We then decided to not check in, and go to another hotel with a pool. We were told that we would be charged for that nights stay even though we had never actually checked in and the desk clerk refused to refund our money. So, we were forced to spend the night there so as to not waste our money. After we checked in, we decided that we would use the gym facility that was advertised on-line. Turns out, they don't even have a workout facility. We could not wait to check out of that dirty, smelly rude hotel in the morning!!! We ended up staying at another hotel that actually had a working pool and workout facility!!!

Quiet. Very clean. Very good breakfast. Thank you.

I told her if she wanted to charge me for damaged towels she should be able to explain to me how these towels were damaged, if she couldn’t that was just them applying shady billing practices. She proceeded to hang up on me.

When I returned from the dinner I went in the bathroom to get it ready from my kids to shower. When I picked up the towel to be used as a bath mat it was soaking wet, as if it had just come out of a washing machine and did not go in the dryer. I went to the front desk where I had to “ring the bell for service” 6 times before Georgia came back to help me. She provided me with a new bath towel and we retired for the evening.

Made a reservation on October 6th for October 7th for 2 adults and one granddaughter a room with 2 beds. We checked in at 2pm with no problem we had put a $25 deposit that we were gonna get back at checkout . We go to check out the next morning to return the keys and get the deposit back . They refused to give it back because they said there were 2 missing towels and they wanted to charge us for 2 extra because she said she was the one that took our reservation and said she only wrote down 1 person for a room with 2 beds ? I do not recommend this place to anyone . Ive read multiple reviews that are similar to mine ( i only give one star so i could write a review )

Very nice stay while on business. Excellent beds and normal breakfast offerings. Only slight negative was the price.

The next day housekeeping came and removed the dirty towels from our bathroom but did not replace any towels nor did they make the beds or clean the coffee maker. Given we were checking out the next morning and we didn’t need the towels I did not report the issue.
